Bill: Justice Reform
Details
Submitted by[?]: Constitutional Monarchy Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: March 2891
Description[?]:
In a modern age we cannot justify the death penalty. Killing is immoral, regardless of the reason. Local governments are better placed to manage policy towards illegal immigrants. There are regional differences in how people wish to deal with this issue. The burden of paying for legal fees should not fall to the government. It is for the individual to pay for, not the tax payer! Local government know where funding is needed most, as each part of the country has different problems with crime, law and order. There is no need for the local constable to carry a machine gun. The majority of policing requires little force. If such equipment is required, we can deploy people who are trained properly. |

Message | heavily armed military police are vital to Zogist philosophy! If all citizens are first and foremost a heavily armed military policeman, criminals shall surely be judged and executed or enslaved as necessary, where necessary, when necessary!! No need for cumbersome court proceedures!!! Anyone found without their machinegun is no citizen and ought have no right to vote!!!! |
