MessageMadame Speaker, we support the second article, but request the petitioners explain the reasoning behind the former one.

MessageMadam Speaker, we of the HNP believe that if the URR dissaprove of the first article and accept the second then they are unsure of their own policy. This is because both articles go hand in hand with each other. As regards to their question, if Farm sizes should be regulated by local governments shouldn't the local governments be entitled to create their own agricultural policy?

MessageMadam Speaker, the logic of the HNP is clear, and we are surprised at the reluctance of the URR to support it. Madam Speaker, we cannot support this because we do not believe that farm size should be regulated at all, and would like to see it come about that there be no farming subsidies neither.
