Bill: Second Religious Freedom Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Libertarian Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 2898
Description[?]:
All religions should be recognized. What is this? A totalitarian government? This is a REPUBLIC! Where both the majority and the minority are equal. As a REPUBLIC, we should not favor one religion over another. No, as a REPUBLIC we should not favor any religion whatsoever, it should be of the peoples choosing, not that of the government. This government has stepped beyond its jurisdiction! The Telamon people are enslaved by the very people they put in power! GIVE THE PEOPLE THE FREEDOMS THEY DESERVE! The freedom to practice whatever religion they want however they choose, it is their right and their privilege! Religious institutions are not to be public institutions but private, therefore they make their own decisions. We must seperate the Church from the State. The State should not interfere in private matters! |
