| The Constitutionalist Imperial League (IA) propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Holy Luthori Empire. We believe that in these times of heightened tensions, an increase in the war budget is necessary. OOC: For those of you that dont know: the only way the game mechanics allows us to grow the in game economy is with a budget deficit. therefore, we spend 110bn in finance just as defecit spending. To maintain an RP balanced budget though, we never allow our total budget to have a deficit larger than 110bn. Thus, if we wanted, we could balance the budget overnight, since the 110bn in finance spending has no other use apart from being deficit spending. |
