| This Act will repeal this pointless treaty. Only five nations belong to the accord, and this accord is reminiscent of our totalitarian communist past. Ruling governments should have the discretion to choose whether this nation has nuclear weapons or not after all that’s what the people would’ve voted for. NOTE: this bill doesn’t mean nuclear weapons/technology are used, however, it removes limits the treaty places on governments who represent the people to make a rational decision. |
