Bill: 5th Meeting of the Imperial Un-Luthorian Activities Committee

Details

Submitted by[?]: Constitutionalist Imperial League (IA)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 2903

Description[?]:

The Rt Hon. Sean Warwick, representing the Constitutionalist Imperial League and currently holding the rotating presidency hereby opens this fifth meeting of the Imperial Un-Luthorian Activities Committee.

Permanent members of the IULAC:
EAP - 1 vote
CIL - 1 vote

Every article must be approved by a majority to come into effect. Further conditions may be apply to certain actions. Such will be indicated in the "details" section.

Agenda:

1. Ammend IULAC code to award observer status to the Heaven on Terra Party.

2. Reactivate the Alliance of Social Democrats (IA) membership in the IULAC.

3. Ammend the IULAC code to award full and permanent member satus to the Falanges Party

Details:

1. "Observer" status defined: No vote in official IULAC affairs, but can make recommendations and is likely to be awarded voting power in the future (official definition as per the 2nd Meeting of the IULAC).

2. After a long absence from the political arena in luthori, th ASD, an extraordinary friend and ally of the Emperor and Luthori has made a comeback. We seek to reaffirm its membership in the IULAC.

3. After a period of evaluation, we believe there can be no doubt whatsoever that the Falanges is a party that strongly supports Luthori and our Emperor and that their membership in the IULAC is well earned. Please note that two thirds of the Committee's approval is necessary for a new member to be appointed.

OOC: For purposes of practicality, this meeting is displayed as a bill. However, it is a conference of a Diet-sanctioned committee that does not require the consent of the Diet to pass rules and regulations. It is advised that all parties vote "yes" once the committee is finished with its meeting for archive purposes, however, this makes little difference to the actual procedures.

Random fact: Moderation will not accept Cultural Protocol updates which introduce, on a significant scale, cultures which are likely to be insufficiently accessible to players. In particular, for all significant cultures in Particracy, it should be easy for players to access and use online resources to assist with language translation and the generation of character names. Moderation reserves the right to amend Cultural Protocols which are deemed to have introduced significant cultures that are not sufficiently accessible and which are not being actively role-played with.
