| I. This act amends 2.I.c of the Titles and Honors Act of 2897. II. The person of the King of Hutori is hereby invested with the office of President of the Council, which is the presiding officer of the Privy Council. The King of Hutori is not ex officio the President, but the Presidency is an office which happens to have the same office holder. III. Any future abolition of the monarchy will, likewise, not affect the holder of the President of the Council. The President of the Council is a permanent rôle for the King even if he is no longer Head of State. IV. The Presidency shall be treated as any other title of nobility and can have its succession regulated by orders filed with the Office of Heraldry. |
