MessageHonourable Members of Parliament,

I am sure you saw the stance that was took by the Hulstrian government towards us. In one way, and partially their anger is rightful. So in order to save our good relations and not to enter into a complicated conflict that would harm the Commonwealth, I ask you all, to vote for this treaty as soon as possible.

After this treaty passes, the relationship with Hulstria will be put to and even stronger and more friendly basis.

Ronald Puwak,
Prime Minister

MessageWe will not, under any circumstances, support this treaty. We are more than open to negotiations with the Hulstrians, which were progressing well until their recent announcement, but we will not accept this unfair agreement.

MessageThe PUUO is surprised to see what "under any circumstances" means for the LDSP. Suddenly "this unfair agreement" isn't unfair any more?

MessageThe PUUO feels it's impossible to ratify this treaty after the billions that have been spent by Rutania on this project.

Furthermore, the PUUO doesn't feel the need to solve the problems of the REP and the LDSP again, since it is clearly that it's only a support in one direction. Our no-vote is final, maybe this time the REP can try to convince Freedom of the importance of ratifying this treaty.

MessageOOC: Although I have previously given my support as a way to put an end to a really bad situation, I must admit that I overlooked a major flaw in this treaty that puts an end to my support. I must direct your attention to Article II, Section 3 of this treaty. As it clearly demonstrates, the Hulstrians are trying to deliberately deny us the right to join in the administration of the canal that we built. If this had been different, we would have supported it. But now we cannot. I must ask that all other parties oppose this horrible measure in protest.

MessageOOC: I would support it if we were added to the list of nations under Article II, section 3. If that happens and if no other adjustments are made, we will support it.

All we ask for is that one adjustment.
