Message | Home schooling should be permitted for disabled people who cannot make it to school or cannot find a school with suitible facilities. Also For people in remote areas of Dorvik, people should possibly be able to aply for a permit to run home schooling in remote areas. They must go through rigerous checks and stick to 75% of the national ciriculem. |

Message | With your system of rigorous checks, it strikes me as maybe harder for these people to have home schooling than not. And why 75%, they would sit the same final exam wouldnt they? Meaning they would need to learn the same as any school student? Just a couple of problems I have with voting yes. |

Message | But it needs to made sure these people have no criminal record and arnt pedo's etc. Thats only for some 1 who wants to set up a small home school for more than one person, parents do not have to go the same amount of checks and neither do qualified teachers. Yes they would sit the final exams but every 3 months thier tutor would submit a test to the board that they would like to test thier kids on that isnt in the cirruclem but if passed it would gain them a Dorvik Certificate of Home education in........ |

Message | To be honest I think your system is needlessly complicated. You mean like a tutor? Why not just have the qualifications for normal teachers and possibly a little bit extra. The whole DCHE just sounds needlessly complicated to me. |

Message | I have no problem with the idea of students being schooled at home, but all these ideas are too much. I would agree if it was done in a similar way to an open university course. That is, the assignments are delivered to the house, the student does them and sends them back to be marked. This results in the same qualification as everyone else of their age group in schools. |

Message | Upon further thinking and research, we believe the hassle and confusion caused by your proposal simply isnt worth it. Plus, home schooling fails to teach valuable lessons about socialising and so on and ties up parents which is a nightmare if both are full time workers. |

Message | We may be willing to compromise, but it better be good. |
