In extreme emergencies, the police should be able to call on help from military. A request for help is passed with approval from BOTH the head of the police force and the head of state (currently president). |

Message | In serious emergencies, such as natural disasters, the police force will deal with keeping order. The military, as is the rule at the moment, will deal with aid distribution and rescue. We cannot have the military trying to keep order in the public society. |
