Message | Rt Hon David Craddock MP: Madam Speaker, given the fact that the parties opposite have chosen to regulate the system to high heaven, we cannot understand why they still desire to dictate what content can be shown. The hours of broadcast have been limited as has the right of channels to broadcast the material. Madam Speaker, there is thus no reason why we should dictate what sort of content people are allowed to create and then watch. |
