| 1) There shall be no direct cash payments. Currently our system offers free housing, healthcare, and a generous minimum wage. Either work, or they no longer recieve free housing. Can't have both, this isn't nursery school. 2)Private companies are responsible for waste pickup. The regulations are the same for the government so there is no difference in service. It will help stimulate small buisnesses instead of the government stagnating them. |

Current: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a reasonable, though not high, standard of living by the government.

Old value:: The government is responsible for waste disposal.
Current: The government is responsible for waste disposal.
Proposed: Waste disposal is left entirely to the private sector but is regulated.

| Message | "Either work, or they no longer recieve free housing." - How are they meant to feed themselves? What about those unable to work? What about those for whom there is no work available at present? "It will help stimulate small buisnesses" - Waste disposal is not a small business. Companies need to prove that they can pick up the waste regularly and punctually. They then need to send waste to the recycling facilities and other waste to landfill centres or incinerators which they are also responsible for. You underestimate the effect of this proposal. No to both. |
