| Message | I don't think this would be a dictatorship of how it is currently, I would believe that if we are being attacked a curfew should be imposed or what if a serial killer is on the loose and has killed so many people in one of our regions, we should be able to impose a curfew as long as we delcare a state of emergency in that region of Aloria. |
