This proposal is illegal, as is written in the Constitution. Any increase to the current tax rates are illegal for that matter, also as written in the Constitution.

MessageSir, there is no mentioning in the constitution concerning tax proposals...it is not acceptable to invent clauses in the constitutions...Everyone please note that the Supreme law of the land is the Constitution which can be read on the Holy luthori Empire page...After the Constitution we have the bills and THEN the resolutions... of course treaties are excluded from this ranking...
This is why, as a constitutional party, we can say that this bill is fully legal and constitutional...we'll vote yes
