To ensure the conduct of the people of Velikoye Knazhestvo Trigunskoye mirrors the values held at large in our communities the following legislation is proposed: The establishment of a new criminal class 1) The Moral Hazard a) defined as: type 1 public accordance that is immediatley offensive i) unapproved language ii) Overt Licentious behabior iii) gross displays in public spaces of a degenerate nature ( i.e. unapproved art displays, of political, antisocial or controversial nature) iv) type 1 shall be punished by temporary tax or an immediate sanction whose sum shall be contributed to any approved community organization whether charitable, political, religious etc... b) type 2: i) public drunkeness and or intoxication ii) any criminal behavior with one or more witness iii) a public demonstration that leads to a disturbance iv) any type 1 offense comitted in view of the impressionable shall be commuted to type 2 ( and shall warrant type 2 punishment) iv) a type 2 offender shall be subject to segregation from society in the form of house arrest (at length to be determined in judgement), have a portion of property confiscated and maybe subject to identification as a Moral Hazard v) who cannot be a part of any organziation, whose speech rights shall be suspended, will recieve the sanction of the community at large and will be subject to scrutiny in the form of segregation from society for an indeterminante offense. |
