Message | Agree. Modern armies require professionals, while there is no need to waste money and people's time on training necessary to keep up the framework of an old fashioned mass army. |

Message | Therefor there is in times of war. An engineer who works at the university or in different companies can be very usefull for the army in times of war. There are many jobs that can be very usefull so we should be able to let them serve during war. |
