| The Molodaya Gvardiya Partiya propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Velikoye Knyazhestvo Trigunskoye. The budget needs to be balanced as soon as possible. After the passage of this budget, the government can spend its time discussing the creation of a new and lasting budgetary policy. |

| Message | It has been six (6) years since the "FPT XXI - Official Latinization of the Language, Educational & Budget Act" and the government feels that it has fulfilled its obligation to teach all adult Trigunians literacy in the new alphabet. The Viceroy and the High Lord Chancellor feel that 90% of these particular education facilities should be shutdown and those resources shifted to other necessary areas. The Government feels that these funds, in addition to the funds reaped by the Communist's corporate tax increase, should go to Defense, Finance, Healthcare, Technology and the Environment ministries. |

| Message | What do the Communists wish to see? Most of the major issues (ie education & healthcare) should have been devolved to local governments and therefore the money from the national government does not need to be large for them. If we keep taxes low, we can allow local governments to run their own tax systems to fund their own education or health systems. |

| Message | True, we are in favour of localist devolution as well as being Communists (i.e a different model to the Bolsheviks) We will probably change the laws so that things aren't neccessarily private instead, rather than actually taking everything into the state's possession. In fact a strange issue considering we're a pretty pacifist party is the military budget. Throughout Trigunian history we can ever remember a military budget so low. In periods of small government it has been around 60 billion TRA, whereas in most other times it has been 200 billion TRA and above. We'd probably increase it to 60 billion TRA. |

| Message | The way we see it, being an island nation, we really need only to supplement the naval forces (ie Great White Fleet and the Marines); the rest are just add-ons. If the TRA is as strong as we like to think that it is, than 16 billion should be enough for those budgets. |

Clearly the Hulstrians want to keep Trigunia weak, so that if we ever step out of line they can intervene to oppress our people. We Trigunian Patriots will not only maintain this level of military spending: we propose to quadruple it. And all this shall be made possible by taking back Our land and our industry from the insidious foreign oligarchs favoured by the MGP. |
