With respect to the recent rebellions, and the subversive actions of so called " True Patriots" the Paranational League proposes the following legislation to deal specifically with the Patriot Party. It is believed that all supposed "True Patriots" be recognized as enemy combatants, and as such be subject to summary judgement before a millitary tribunal. 1)The Correspondence Clause Established under the precendent of the Patriot Act the Hobrazian Police shall have the authority to monitor all communications both written and electronic. Specifically a warrant shall be issued in the case the court deems such surrveliance may be a source of critical intelligence. 2) The Privacy Provision Any individual with such a warrant as provided under the Correspondence Clause for security reasons must be monitored without informed consent. The Privacy Provision provides any law enforcement agency with the power to monitor any indivdual without their knowledge seeing as this is the only means to gather accurate intelligence. Evidence may not be gathered to be used in prosecution of individuals unless they have been issued a warrant. |

Message | I hope people can see my logic based on the legislative description. Any monitoriing of correspondence would be completley negated if law enforcement had to inform a target. |

Message | No ones giving up any liberties here. The proposal seeks to make law enforcement more effective. There isnt any restriction on individual liberties; if I would remove the additional powers of prosecution might you rethink your position? |
Date | 23:35:11, March 23, 2010 CET | From | Conservative Centrist Party | To | Debating the The Patriot Act |
Message | We support just because this will cause Hobrazia more harm than the True Patriots. |

Message | We appeal to the Christian Socialists please provide your suppourt; for the security of our nation! I WOULD REMIND THEM THAT HOBRAZIA HAS NO POLICY OF CENSORSHIP AND SO THE ABILLITY TO MONITOR THE COMMUNICATIONS OF KNOWN JIHADISTS, PROVIED THE POLICE AGENCY HAS THE PROPER WARRANT, WILL IN NO WAY BE OF DETRIMENT TO THE PRIVACY OF OUR CITIZENS. |
