The Holy Luthori Empire has annexed the colony of New Mordusia, as per the Treaty of Rechtenburg, passed by this Diet.

We propose the colony be organized like all our other colonies and that its provisional capital remain the city of Port Morgan and its provisional name be "Imperial Colony of New Mordusia".
