Message | Our party will oppose the first since we feel a cooperative is the best way for a business to be run, giving all a share in the wealth created. As for the second provision, we think it is in our national interest to continue the current law, to avoid a domino effect which could result in economic collapse. |

Message | If cooperatives are the best way to run businesses, than why does the TPP wish to tax their profits so high? |

Message | 'The government encourages the formation of Democratic Workers' Councils through subsidies and *tax exemptions*' We don't, in practice we'd exempt them from half of corporation tax |

Message | That is not market neutrality. There is no logical reason why the government should support some business enterprises and not others. Our best is to encourage ALL through low businesses taxes and neutrality. If cooperatives can function and maintain profitability, than great; if not, then so be it. |
