Rick Perry, Justice Minister: "I do not like having people be put to death; we should not take a life for it might be innocent. However, due to these dark times that we face in Aloria, we need to have this type of punishment. I am asking the Congress of the Republic pass this bill make the death sentence legal but NEVER applied to unless for terrorism, treason, and crimes against mankind. Do not say those who attacked and killed over 40 people are innocent and deserve to spend life in prison, they do not deserve to live for those they attack. When you make these kinds of crimes, you are not innocent." |
