Description[?]:

We assert that all terrorists must be treated as military combatants. Terrorists include but are not limited to members of Likatonia working in and out of Likatonian uniform here in Telamon. Some of these have been elected as members of Parliament.

All military combatants must be captured, interrogated, and then brought before a military tribunal for punishment. Those that can be rehabilated should and the others should either be imprisoned for life or executed.

Additionally, this act proposes that other, as yet unnamed, measures be proposed and enacted to protect Telamon from those who would threaten our lives and liberty

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, it is the responsibility of players to ensure the candidate boxes on their Party Overview screens are filled in with appropriate names. If a player is allotted seats in a Cabinet bill and has not filled in names for the relevant candidate position, then the program will automatically fill in the positions with names which might not necessarily be appropriate for the Cultural Protocols.
