Vogliamo chiarire il senso della nostra proposta: non vogliamo intrdurre un sistema di armi libere, ma oggi solo chi ne ha un bisogno professionale le può possedere (poliziotti, guardie giurate ecc.) così ad esempio non si potrebbe comprare un ficile per andare a caccia che certo non è un esigenza professionale, o comprare un armi per sport come il tiro al bersaglio o al piattello altro non esigenze prfessionali. Per questo proponiamo licenze strettissime che permettano anche a chi vuole esercitare attività del genere di possedere un arma
