Description[?]:
So as to guarantee the cost of power generation, and to guarantee that generation of power at its maximum requirement for the National Grid is maintained at all times, all Energy Generation Companies, as designated State Utilities, will be Nationalised to provide a consistent Energy policy throughout the Country. As per former legislation, production of Private Energy Generation Devices attached to Private homes (e.g. small scale Solar panels for Private heating, lighting etc) will still be allowed to be constructed and operated on a purely ad hoc basis. As already mentioned in previous legislation, should Private individuals provide more power than they require for their own consumption then they may, as long as a compromise price be reached, sell any remaining energy back to the National Grid in order to increase Country wide energy production. |

Message | I was about to propose opposite legislation. So I must gracefully not support. |

Message | We cannot support. A truely mixed system is better as it allows the competition provided through using private companies whilst allowing the government to keep a hand in and use it to develop alternative electricty generating methods. |
