| The Constitutionalist Imperial League (IA) propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Holy Luthori Empire. OOC: For those of you wondering why we have huge deficits: the game mechanics are and always have been broke. The only way to increase our GDP is through huge deficits, which is why I'm proposing an increase in spending. All the deficit spending is going to finance, which can be cut if necessary, so we dont have a long term problem. In addition, the finance spending is disregarded for RP purposes. |
