MessageMr. Speaker,

Do you really want to permit insecurity and chaos within the Holy Empire? If passed, this bill will increase crime rates. The police need to carry military-grade weapons in order to easily subdue criminals and to show the people that if crimes are committed, they will face a well trained protector of the peace. As for Article 2, the police should not be limited to arresting only suspects, as criminals get away with crimes when they cannot be labeled as suspects due to idiotic legal reasons.

We yield.

MessageMr Speaker,

IMP; that is a ludicrous statements. Luthori will not fall into chaos by prohibiting the use of military weapons by untrained policemen. Standard police weapons is adequate to keep order in our nation. Most other nations have similar rules as I proposed. The few nations that let the police force use military-graded weapons are fascists and socialist nations like The Socialist Republic of Ikradon, The Kingdom of Keymon (where a fascist party were previously in charge) and the Unholy Davostan Empire.

And I would like to know what "idiotic legal reasons" you are emphasizing you denial of Article 2 on? Human Rights? The constitution?

I yield.

MessageMr. Speaker,

To be a police officer in this nation, one has to be well trained. A police force is essentially a military force used to protect the people at home. The Holy Empire is a unique nation, we do not follow the trends of others. We value safety, security, and order. Military grade weapons are some of the tools to ensure those ideals.

The only rights man is given are those given by God Himself. A good police officer will always have a reason to arrest someone, it is a part of the training. If His Imperial Majesty desires order then we shall have order!

We yield.

MessageMr Speaker,

The League would like to start of by saying that neither it, nor the Imperial Constitution recognize anythins like "human rights". They are not mentioned in the Constitution. Furthermore, the people have their common rights, which are listed in the Common Bill of Rights. When everyone is allowed to carry weapons, it is folly not to allow police officers to carry military grade equipments. Police officers receive extremely rigorous training and are not in any way untrained. Once again, we must oppose th Diet meddling in the affairs of a security agency.

I yield.
