This Act will allow employers to fire workers who have gone on strike. Rather, it will mean that the government takes no stance on the issue. It will also enshrine in law the right of employees', represented by their Trade Union, to sue their employer for "unfair dismissal". |

Current: Employers can fire workers who are deemed to have gone on strike without reasonable reasons.
Proposed: Employers are free to fire workers who go on strike.
