| Message | Okay. Umm. If an adult rapes a minor (actual forced sexual intercourse) then they can get up to 30 years in prison. If it is just an adult with a minor and the minor is willing, it is up to 5 years. I think staralization is stupid. They can still rape girls, they just can't get them pregnet... ~Hope~ |

| Message | Chemical emasculation is not like sterlization. It eliminates the libido of the criminal. It's usually optional and it saves the criminal some years of prision if he agrees to join the program. We need to establish a consent age. Taht "and the minor is willing" is ambiguous and very dangerous. |
