Upon passage by the Congress of National Deputies the constituent localities of the Federal Union of Gaduridos shall have the power to create policy in regards to gambling. As we are a FEDERAL union it is important that our localities have a voice in economic policies such as those concerned with gambling. The current unregulated gambling law prohibits localities and their constituents from having a say in whether or not they wish to have a casino on their backyards. |
