Old value:: There shall be no direct cash payments to individuals to guarantee a minimum income.
Current: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government.

Message | We agree fully with article one. Though we can accept article 2, we would rather the guaranteed income not exceed a certain period of time, in order to prevent an abuse of the welfare system. |
