This bill is to propose a series of laws for which the RP Laws of Darnussia must abide, as such, it is a Constitutional Change and requires a 2/3rds vote: Article One: An RP Law must carry an 'RP Law' Tag and a relevant name for the bill within the title. Article Two: RP Laws may be considered Legislational Changes or Constitutional Changes. These must be noted in the description of the RP bill. The standing of the bill as Legislational Changes or Constitutional Changes must be agreed upon by parties. Article Three: If the bill is passed, a new bill of the same title is required. This bill is to be left in debate so as it is easily accessible for all players from the Nation Page. Article Four: The debate bill requires a URL linking the debate bill to the passing vote. Article Five: The percent vote in favour for the bill is required at the bottom of the bill description for the debate bill. |
