| The citizens of Jelbania should always have the right to defend themselves. Thus, we introduce this bill for the protection of Jelbania. People are allowed to buy any type of gun, may it be pistol, automatic-pistol, rifle, or semi-automatic assualt rifle. This can also help the economy, as the goverment could regulate guns to the economy, and people buy the guns, helping the economy. However, we must keep them out of the hands of those we are mentally unstable or have criminal records. |

Current: Adult individuals are allowed to own and purchase guns freely.
Proposed: Individuals are allowed to own firearms as long as they do not have a history of dangerous mental illness or a violent criminality.
