| This will be voted on and require a 2/3rd +1 to pass. This acts as an OOC constitution and is binding as such. Article One: All parties are required to respect players. Swearing is not permitted unless explicitly in a non-assaulting explicitedly in character setting. These circumstances are rare and as such should not be commonplace. Racial slurs are expressly forbidden both in-character and out-of-character. Article Two: All out-of-character statements must be led by "OCC:", if in character text follows it must be be led by "IC:" Article Three: If more than 5.0% of seats are vacant, an early election given the case that the general election is more than 3 months away. Article Four: All character names must be non-notable persons (i.e Chuck Norris), however distortions are permitted (i.e. Charles Norris, Charlie Norren, etc.) |
