Message | The Federal Council disagrees, for matters of public health. While the Council nor President Harling endorse sexual promiscuity, we recognize that is a free and open society, such behavior must be tolerated. In the hopes of reducing the spread and risk of sexually transmitted infections and unwanted pregnancies, we must continue to support the law as is. |
