Message | though Al'Badara Conservative Party support devolution, We strongly disagree with Article 7. Whales are, generally, still endangered animals. and the Federal Government should take steps to protect endangered species, that matter can not be devolved to local goverment. Devolution must be done at the appropriate scale. This is the wrong Devolution. If you can't remove Articel 7, We can't support this.
