Description[?]:
an introduction to reforms: part 6 Our party proposes this healthcare changes. The doctors should be aware that there is no material value and there is no cap to the damage they can do to the patient in case of intentional or unintentional damage due to incompetency, malpractice or negligence. The damage caused by tobacco and alchohol can be of same equality; they should be available to the adults only and should be consumed by the adults. There can not be a cap to the damage compensation caused by the malpractise. The person's aspirations and dreams which will be never achieved due to the error of the doctor, who is going to hide or get away with just signing the check, can hardly be ever compensated. We request that each issue be judged or investigate on individual basis and there would be no cap. You can't compensate a loss of hand of a baseball player, who is serving, with the same amount you would compensate a loss of a hand of person who is not earning with their hands - for example- a politician or a member of Imperium Congress. While we- congressmen- can do perfectly without hands.. and other parts of the bodies, the baseball player is required to play, to please fans and achieve results and success for his team. So the price of the issue and compensation would vary, it should vary. We suggest to stop this discrimination. |

Random fact: Party candidates for head of state elections are not visible to the public. This means that you cannot see who will run and who will not, which adds another strategic element to the elections. |
Random quote: "The first step in freeing yourself from social restrictions is the realization that there is no such thing as a 'safe' code of conduct, one that would earn everyone's approval. Your actions can always be condemned by someone, for being too bold or too apathetic, for being too conformist or too nonconformist, for being too liberal or too conservative. So it's necessary to decide whose approval is important to you." - Harry Browne |
