Message | Despite of Al'Badara Conservative Party's support, There is an obvious problem attached to Article 2. Since train is a classic example of a natural monopoly, Train industry will never be cost-effective to develop competition. We doubt that national TOC and private TOC can co-exist. We believe that train industry will always need regulation - and partial privatization may not be a good solution. |
