| #1 The Welfare Reform Act of November 2929 establishes the 'Welfare Fraud Agency' under the 'Department of Health and Social Services' for the purposes of limiting fraud and abuse of welfare programs. #2 The 'Department of Health and Social Services' shall hereby appropriate 2 billion JAR out of its current budget in order to employ the sufficient number of employees to perform the "Welfare Fraud Agency's" duties. |
