MessageThe Reform Party fervently supports Article 1, and we support Article 2 with minor reservations.
The RP believes that the death penalty is the only retributive punishment commensurate to crimes of a severe nature.
The RP generally opposes DNA databases as invasive and an unacceptable intrusion of privacy, but, as it is proposed that only the DNA of convicted criminals is recorded, we can support. Such a measure has obvious benefits for the criminal justice system.

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map.

Random quote: "What difference does it make to the dead, the orphans, and the homeless, whether the mad destruction is wrought under the name of totalitarianism or the holy name of liberty and democracy?" - Mahatma Gandhi.
