Message | Prime Minister Mervyn Bijai, HNP Leader : Mr Speaker, this Act whilst it will probably recieve a hostile response by the CLP is definatley one we should be implementing. This Act will make crime in this nation a lot easier to deal with and it will make the judicial process much more efficient. If we have DNA of all citizens we will be able to find out almost instantly who committed certain crimes because they leave DNA traces of themselves behind at crime scenes. |
