MessagePresident Burton is proposing his own current budget. Currently the amount the budget spends is 320,000,000,000 ALO while Burtons proposed budget will cut the spending to 308,000,450,000 ALO. The current revenue is 390,109,581,955 while Burton’s revenue if his tax plan passes will be 394,744,978,038 ALO. Currently the surplus has been 70,109,581,955. Burton’s proposed surplus would be 86,744,528,038. Some of that surplus will be put aside in a rainy day fund for emergencies which will be proposed in a latter bill by Burton. This proposed budget cut spending in most departments and put them down to zeros for easier caulcations. It gave 10 billion to Education which must go due to the passing of the Education Reform Act. It also gave 9 billion to Health and Social Services. It cut Head of Government down. It cut the Defense department by 10 billion due to no national security threats. The National League of Aloria has died down activity recently. Other departments cut were not very much. Just using spending in a better way.

MessageThe party feels the ministries of defense, environment, science and technology cuts are unfair, and in some cases should be increased. Never the less, the increases to our health and social services, and the education ministry are very good. We would rather see decreases in defense, and a slight increase in science programs.

Despite the negatives, it is still an OK budget, however, we feel the need to vote no. Therefore, we also reject the income tax proposal.
