Description[?]:
I believe this bill to be one that will send this country into the right direction. While most legislation I have seen within this country is excellent with regards to economic efficiency and civil liberties, there are still improvements to be made. Below are my reasons for each proposal: 1) During the time of entering into marriage, each party signs a legal document entailing their cohesiveness to each other "until death do we part". How is it justifiable that a party declares divorce on a whim? Upon entering such a heavy contract knowingly, the party should be held responsible for their declaration and contractual obligations. However, violence or other breaking of the contract can be justifiable means to terminate this state sanctioned contract. 2)Cars are your business. The government has no business giving money to people for buying different cars. 3)Localities should be the ones to determine if and when hunting and fishing is allowable. If there are three bears in the region, the local government should be the ones to cease hunting seasons for bears until the population recovers. 4)Private radio stations are definitely the most commonplace and necessary of the lot. However, a single, government funded radio station should be put into place for the purposes of education and information. 5)Essential goods are essential to the livelihood of all citizens; hence the name. With such a large government surplus as it is, the tax on essential goods can be afforded to drop by one percent in order to make things a little easier for the people. Besides, my proposed cuts to enviro-friendly fuel tax incentives, hunting and fishing regulations, and divorce prevalence should free up more money to be used to make up for the tax cut. |
