Recognising the government's powers should be limited and well defined, that all people in United Jakania have a right to physical property not to be infringed, and that a balance should always be maintained between the rights of the individual and the needs of society, this bill seeks to prevent the government from forcefully taking land and physical property from citizens for government use. |
