Bill: Cabinet Proposal for the reminding of the 2933-2936 term
Details
Submitted by[?]: Utilitarian Party of Solentia
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 2935
Description[?]:
It is unacceptable that 18 months after the election took place no new Cabinet has been accepted. The actual balance of political forces may not encourage a single-party cabinet. The voice of 48% of the Solentians needs to be heard. If this last offer is refused, we urge the parties to announce it publicly, so the Solentians may exercise their right to know what is happening with their country. |

Message | Not enough time is left on the present legislature to examine the arguments. This proposal has been constructed taking into account the previous proposals. The UPS urges the Senators to agree on this or on anew proposal which should make it to the voting round in no more than a year. This legislature does seem like a fiasco as no refreshing opinion has been allowed on the Senate. it is time for a change. |
Date | 12:38:55, May 08, 2010 CET | From | Conservative Party of Solentia | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal for the reminding of the 2933-2936 term |
Message | In the interests of getting the current dictatorship out of place, and of supporting the efforts of the UPS to become a member of the cabinet, the CPS will reluctantly support this, despite the FIP retaining Senate Wardenship. |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
