MessageMr Speaker, let us remind the House that, regards Article I, there are certain restrictions. Only those television channels that define themselves as adult entertainment channels may show sexually explicit content all day long. Mainstream channels must wait until the watershed of 9pm before being able to do so. Mr Speaker, let us not treat adults as children.
