| The NCPA is proposing a change in legislation, at the moment couples and the such may engage in any and all sexual activities in public, as pat of public affection. Although vast majorities of the public would not take affection that far, we feel its appropriate to make certain individuals aware that it is illegal and that the public particularly children may walk through the streets of Aloria, without fear of viewing obscenities. |

| Message | i researched a bit on PDA (public displays of affection) it seems that kissing can be view as sexual or acceptable depending on where you are in the world, me personally see kissing as non-objectable whereas more extreme acts are and should be illegal. Thats how I interpret this bill. |
