| Upon passing of this bill, the following provisions will be enacted; 1) The current prison system in Greater Hulstria will be renamed as "His Imperial Majesty's Prison System" or the Imperial Prison System, which shall be responsible for the administration of correctional services and other prisons in the Imperial Crownlands. 2) His Imperial Majesty's Prison System will be headed by a Director-General, appointed by the Minister of Justice. 3) The creation of the Imperial Legal Services Council, responsible for aiding in costs, and legal aid. 4) The Director of the Imperial Legal Services Council will be appointed by the Minister of Justice. 5) A new council, called His Imperial Majesty's Judicial Council, will be established, and shall be consisted of the Emperor of Hulstria, the Minister of Justice, Chief Magistrate of the Imperial Tribunal, the Director-General of His Imperial Majesty's Prison System, and the Staatsminister of His Imperial Majesty's Government. 6) This council shall be responsible for supervising the national court system in Hulstria. 7) The Emperor may appoint a representative to the council on his behalf if His Impeiral Majesty decides so. |
