Description[?]:
A mandatory public pension system is much more effective than a voluntary one. The reason being that short term financial pressures cause workers to deprioritize retirement savings in favor of meeting immediate financial goals. Message | I explained our argument in the description portion of the bill. I'll restate it: A mandatory public pension system is much more effective than a voluntary one. The reason being that short term financial pressures cause workers to deprioritize retirement savings in favor of meeting immediate financial goals. By making the pension system mandatory, workers will be better prepared for retirement. |
