| This Bill will allow the government to buy out all Electric, Natural Gas, Nuclear power, and oil operated power produceing facilities to lower power cost to the Consumer and maintain a viable economic stability by using the money obtained from a set bill limit to pay for operations of the plants and distrabution of the rest to public utilities. |
