| If this bill passes, both the Head of Government and the Head of State will have the power to declare war on any rogue or rude state by a majority vote in the legislature. (any nation being declared war upon must agree for RP purposes, once war is real, this rule will not apply) Here is the procedure: 1. The HoS or the HoG will request a declaration of war in a bill to the legislature 2. The legislature will vote on the bill 3. If the bill passes, it will be at the proposing office's discretion how to run the war 4. If the bill fails, Kanjor will not go to war |
